Review on 🔧 Dorman 902-320 Blend Door Fix Kit by Edgardo Ennis

The product is solid, well built and works great. The supplied foil tape is thick enough, sticks well and seals well. The only thing that confuses me is the lack of instructions for a novice user. High quality color photos and treatment descriptions make this a standout product. In my setup I used a Dremel with a thick cutting wheel held at a 45 degree angle rather than parallel to the airbox. The reason for this is that the cut piece does not easily push into the airbox when reinserting and needs to end at an angle to make it easier to apply the sealing tape. I also used one of the motor bolts and drove it into the center of the box, making a small hole but also an easier attachment point to put in place. Then remove the screw and plug the hole. Voila.
