The 'Upgraded' version is the older model
I ordered an upgrade version of the Ninja CM401 coffee maker and received an older model. Upon unboxing I noticed that it came with instructions for the CM400 and was missing the reusable filter or clip-on Perfect Scoop. I sent in a replacement due to missing parts and just received another box marked CM401 but with instructions for the CM400 and again without those two accessories. it says "contains all original parts and accessories" and sells an older model.
