78A does NOT work in my HP Laserjet Professional P1606dn!

My computer specialist said that these cartridges will NOT work if they have an "HP CHIP". Since he's an expert, I believe him. He said they SHOULD tell you, but they don't HAVE to tell you. That sounds like a shady deal that I'm SURE you know about. so why don't they tell you beforehand?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? And now it's 3 days! Bad product, bad service, worst company in my opinion!
