I have had fully automatic espresso machines before and have never had a problem with this machine. After some time and using the same coffee beans I have used on other fully automatic coffee makers, the machine kept telling me it was not ground even though I watched them being ground and they would be in the hopper after the cycle . I ended up complaining and they gave me a phone number to speak to Gaggia. Gaggia sent me a video of the cleaning and told me. In principle, you can only use one type of coffee with the machine. I was shocked. I should have returned it but thought I'd try the recommendations. I cleaned it, which is not easy the first time. I also learned that it is cheaply made in the process. I bought 1 coffee they recommended. It worked fine, but shortly after that it stopped making coffee again. Sensors fail and make him think there's no reason, probably happens 1 in 6 times you ask him to brew. We drink a ton of coffee and I can't imagine how much coffee I've wasted through this machine. I strongly advise you to avoid this car and try another brand as this is the worst.
