A few years ago my husband and I bought a Samsung Xpress C410W. We didn't have any real problems until a few months ago when the software told us that the toner was low and Samsung no longer supports the printer. We couldn't find the original toner that we bought. I found this one at ONLYU and decided it was worth a try instead of buying a brand new printer. I am very happy to report that the cartridges have arrived as expected and fit my printer. I've been working on new cartridges for more than a month with no problems. Now I can keep my great printer and these cartridges are actually cheaper than the ones we used to buy which is a nice plus too. As long as this company continues to sell these cartridges, they have gained a new following.
