Pros: Inexpensive, true to life colors, long lasting, lightweight, easy to install, great value, excellent quality After using other laser printers and toners for 15 years, I switched to about a year ago compatible toners. The usage and high print quality is far superior to any other printer and toner I have ever used. All of this, the value is phenomenal. We're paying less per copy than ever before!

I have been buying these toner cartridges for several years now and have never had any problems. The print quality is as good as if I had branded toner. And half the cost of branded toner! With the kids at school the rest of the year, I knew I was going to need more ink. I bought this product without hesitation. Now I print a lot and even more. I usually have to buy maybe twice a year. A few years ago, my husband and I bought a Samsung Xpress C410W. We didn't have any real problems until a few months ago when the software told us it was running low on toner and Samsung was no longer supporting the printer. I bought ink for this printer and installed it in January 2020 , values of all colors were/are at 95%, black at 86%. Today the color blue shows a message to replace with 0% ink. I took it in and out, shook it, turned the printer and computer on and off several times. I even put in an old cartridge and forced the printer to reset hoping it would be an error and put your cartridge back in, still the same message. I think I did my best to solve it. I had two small chips are green either incorrectly installed or defective. They are not read by the printer for either black or cyan cartridges. I can't check the other cartridges until I replace them as my old ones have run out of toner and the new ones won't connect to make the printer work. Very disappointed.
