I had two small chips are green either incorrectly installed or defective. They are not read by the printer for either black or cyan cartridges. I can't check the other cartridges until I replace them as my old ones have run out of toner and the new ones won't connect to make the printer work. Very disappointed. EDIT 6/2/21 A little over a month ago the seller contacted me and sent me 2 new cartridges for the defective ones that had arrived. I put them in the printer and the new ones worked with the rest of the colors. They lit up fine and started printing after the printer initialized. I've been using carts for about a month since installing and printing everything from photos to letters and the quality seems to be on par with OEM carts. Toner life isn't exactly what you'd expect from a Samsung OEM, but the price per page is still a lot lower than an OEM going in this direction. After the after-sales service that I received from the seller, I will change my rating and state that I will without a doubt order again if the need arises. I reduced 1 star for toner life vs OEM but it should only be 1/2 star (if it were possible) as said the cost per page is still much cheaper than buying Samsung OEM cartridges .
