I bought ink for this printer and installed it in January 2020 , values of all colors were/are at 95%, black at 86%. Today the color blue shows a message to replace with 0% ink. I took it in and out, shook it, turned the printer and computer on and off several times. I even put in an old cartridge and forced the printer to reset hoping it would be an error and put your cartridge back in, still the same message. I think I did my best to solve it. Is there anything else to do, or am I assuming the problem is with your product? Appreciate the help. Revain lets me rate the seller. I hope I get an answer and help to rate again and give 5 stars. Incidentally, I don't use any single colors that can cause this. I don't even know how. As far as I know no problems.
