Broken ring light in the accessories
So I got my ring light in May 2020 with a 3 year protection plan and after only 5 months it worked it doesn't work with the other 2 ring light settings like when I try to change the brightness to one of the changing others it just turns off my ring light and I don't even press the off button so I'm frustrated because I contacted product support, they never emailed me like they promised or even tried Contacting the seller to let them know my product isn't working, so who can I talk to about replacing it
