I bought this item for my work truck. My company replaced the factory console/armrest in favor of one that can hold the various mounts and electronics for the gear we need to work. The new armrest was too low, too far back and too stiff. This pillow is near perfect. I say for almost two reasons. It's still too far back for my taste. And if you tend to lean on your elbows like I do, you'll find that the memory foam tends to squeeze. I think a firmer foam would be better. Nonetheless, I still love her. This is a significant improvement in the quality of life for someone who spends most of the day in their car.
