Review on 🔦 AWO Original Projector Lamp Bulb VLT-HC3800LP / VLT-XD590LP with Housing for Mitsubishi HC3200, HC3800, HC3900, HC4000, HC77-10S, GX-730, XD590 by Tim Blandin

We have a Mitsubishi HC4000 projector and purchased this replacement lamp and housing. 2 problems. The screws are not long enough to work with the projector when replacing the unit and we had to resort to the original screws from the original lamp and cabinet frame. The second and most important issue is how dark the picture is. Even after over an hour of adjusting the brightness, contrast, and various other menu options, it's still too dim to use. We are returning it to get an OEM from another supplier which should cost around $117. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for
