Exact size as stated - thickness 1 inch x 1 mm. Unfortunately I didn't read closely enough - it's plastic with a top sheet (needs to be peeled off) and should be self-adhesive after peeling off the white paper backing, but they're hardly sticky - I think they'll fall off anything they're stuck to - and it seems that a mirror substrate is usually not painted - it is not necessary. I don't know what it is but it doesn't look like it will last long, I won't be buying it again.
