I've trained in wrestling shoes for many years. I ordered these shoes in my normal size (11 1/2). At first they fit well. However, after 5-6 workouts, they loosened up, rubbing and irritating the legs. As I've worn them on the street and sweated in them I didn't think I could return them. I liked the design and structure of the shoes so I ordered a second pair half a size smaller. The second pair is great, but I had to make two separate purchases because I couldn't foresee something. I attempted to contact Walmart by phone but was put through to an artificial computer voice that didn't give me a chance to explain my situation. I miss the days when you could call customer service and speak to a live person to resolve situations like this and it has tarnished me as a satisfied Walmart customer.
