Review on Sandisk Ultra Flair 128 GB Silver USB Flash Drive: Reliable and High-Speed Storage by Ahmad ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect product for any user!

I needed it so that I could play World of Warcraft on my MacBook Air, which has a rather little amount of storage space on its native drive. In light of this, there was no requirement to routinely write data to that location, but the reading speed in multiplayer settings was of the utmost importance. As a result, I made my selection based on whether or not it supported USB 3 and whether or not its read speed was at least 150. There were no issues with the games at all, and I did not suffer any losses (whoever is in the subject understands how indicative this is). However, I took it with me on a business trip and left it sticking out of my laptop. Unfortunately, the case turned out to be rather unreliable, and it cracked in two while I was away. At first, I was frustrated and thought that I might as well just give up, but after I inserted the board with the contacts into the USB slot, I discovered that everything continued to function normally. I coiled it with electrical tape and utilized it to this day. Because the new World of Warcraft expansion demands 70 GB, you will need to shell out the money for a similar 128 GB model. In addition, I will keep utilizing this one as a flash drive for software that does not need to be permanently installed on the screw (that is, according to the same logic - minimum use for writing, maximum for reading).

Pros
  • The reading speed is consistent with what was advertised, and there has been much consideration put into the design of the heat sink.
Cons
  • Instead of bonding the case together, it turned out to be quite flimsy.
