Buttons on 2 blazers were left unbuttoned during event

I bought two in light blue for my sons and will be returning both. It was my sister's wedding and both of my sons' jacket front buttons fell off even in the middle of the wedding. I was disappointed. My sons didn't play with buttons, and the jacket wasn't tight, the buttons fell off on both. Good blazer but the button issue needs to be addressed.
