Bought these socks as a gift. When I received them the batteries were dead and they charged all night. Batteries will not work after being fully charged overnight. Returning an item for a replacement. The SECOND pair is exactly the same. I've seen a few reviews from people who had battery issues, but not many. I sent these socks back and will use a different brand/variation this time.

These socks are terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I got the first pair as a gift for someone for Christmas. This pair has never been charged and you could not turn it on or off. So of course I sent them back and got another pair. To my dismay, the second pair had the same issues as the first. They didn't charge, didn't turn on and off. I recommend saving your money and buying a more expensive pair from another company.

Bought them specifically for skiing as that's what they are advertised for. Socks are too short. The battery compartment is in the trunk. I have a skin condition that is irritating in cold weather and purchased these heated socks for protection and comfort during the frigid Sierra winter. And they are great! When I got these electric socks, charged the batteries, put them in the socks, nothing happened. Batteries cannot be switched on, nothing happens.

I have small feet but these socks were so tight that they interfered with circulation. On top of that, neither the battery, nor the supplied cable, nor any other cable was charged. Delivery and packaging were ok. I received the socks and immediately pocketed them because I was going to use them the next day. The socks are very tight for my foot size 13. I didn't expect them to be so tight. During the few hours I wore them they seemed to keep my feet warm but they are so uncomfortable that I think I'll give them to my sister who has small feet. My experience is the same as others, bullshit. The sock sleeve felt good, the batteries fit well in the bag and all items were in the box. The problem is that after several attempts to charge and turn them on, they just didn't respond. They didn't turn on despite my persistent attempts. Came back and bought an electric sock that worked.

None of the batteries worked. We charged all night and tried 4 different chargers. The blue power light is on, but none of the battery status lights are on. Returning and not buying this brand again after realizing that many of the reviews below this product are for completely different non-heated socks. Ebay and the seller need to clean up the reviews.

Batteries were DOA and would not charge. The power button did not work, does not light up. I noticed that all or most 1 star ratings are for warm socks, all other 2-5 star ratings are for normal socks.

I bought 2 pairs of these socks because they had very good reviews. As you can see from later reviews, something went wrong with this item recently. Both pairs of socks ordered arrived with defective batteries. A total of 4 batteries are defective. All four batteries will not charge and all four will not turn on. These were Christmas presents for my wife and mother, and I looked like a curmudgeon who bought defective items. :(

Don't waste money. I ordered heated socks but the batteries didn't work. Doesn't charge and the blue light doesn't go out. Trezon sent me a replacement. The same thing. The batteries are empty and do not work. Do you think they will send me a working replacement?
