I tried to charge both batteries the day they arrived. One of the two batteries was not charged. I'm tech savvy. defective product. The replacement doesn't come on time so I have to send it back.

I ordered a set as a Christmas present. One charger worked and the other didn't. They traded for a second set but found the replacement set had the same defect. Serious quality control problems. I sent the second set back for a refund. wasted my time with this product.

I'm not sure what the 10,000+ reviews on these heated socks refer to as they don't seem to be heated socks. I was very happy to receive my pair and bought the same for my parents. Unfortunately none of the batteries work with the pair I received. The lights will not flash while charging and will not turn on after 3 hours of attempting to charge. I am returning a pair that I bought for myself. Have to wait for the others to be delivered to my parents to see if they work or not.

I bought 2 pairs. I used the charging cables that came with it and couldn't charge the batteries at all. I sent them back and thought ok try again. I received the second 2 pairs and out of 4 batteries I was able to charge 1 of them. I am very disappointed because I work on the street and bought these socks which were absolute rubbish. Unfortunately this product was unusable as the batteries were never charged; As another reviewer wrote - bullshit. As someone who works from home with chronically cold feet, I was looking forward to a little relief. I'll look around for another brand.

Considering almost all Fruit of the Loom reviews, non-heated socks and the fact that they absolutely do not work (do not charge or turn on), I recommend that you do not buy Trazon heated socks. Something is wrong with this list and these socks, so try another list.
