My experience is the same as others, bullshit. The sock sleeve felt good, the batteries fit well in the bag and all items were in the box. The problem is that after several attempts to charge and turn them on, they just didn't respond. They didn't turn on despite my persistent attempts. Came back and bought an electric sock that worked.
