Use gloves - the grip hurts your hand
I liked the variety of shapes but usually found it easier to use a wet finger to smooth the seal evenly. The tool I used the most was the black one to remove the previous grout, but the sides you're holding with your hand are pretty sharp, especially if you really need to work on the old grout. My hands were red and sore before I removed all of the sealant. I ended up using a precision knife to cut off the old caulk and a flathead screwdriver to pry it out. Didn't have to buy.
