I've worked with this tape for over 3 years. Great for attaching the template to the material to be trimmed with the router. It is relatively easy to remove if you consider how steady it keeps pieces together. Sometimes it takes little effort to take separate pieces, but for the type of work I'm doing, it's worth the trade-off as I want my pieces to stay the same. Highly recommend it if you don't want to ruin your piece.

This double sided tape is still working great as expected and have plenty to go with for months if not. The quality is great and has a great adhesion to temporarily (haven’t tried to hold anything permanently) hold good heavier pieces together in place. Very easy to apply, holds wood well for my routing work, then removing the bond with adequate effort is a breeze. Removing the used tape is easy and leaves no residue nor markings. Highly recommended for temporary wood bonding. This perspective is from a DIYer dabbling in wood working.

Holding power is excellent. However it must be cut since it won’t tear, and then it gums up the scissors or knife. And it is fairly thick. Works great for long pieces to be adhered but I reach for another brand when needing to do detail or small piece holding.

Worked for my application. Chances are you will have to try it out for your application to see if it works. Removable double sided tape is like that. Didnt use it for machining so can't help you there.

Works perfectly for holding parts in place on a temporary basis without leaving residue that needs to be scraped off. I used it to hold down parts for flattening with a router and it worked very well.

This tape isn’t rigid in any way and is basically a gel foam. No matter how much I use it still allows my routing template to move about 1/16” in all directions.

I used this for edge routing with a template. It met all my criterion. the backing came off relatively easily, it had a good grip but not too much, the tape came off in one piece without leaving residue. It is a little thicker than what I've used in the past but caused no problems. I think a slight amount of give lets the tape grip the pieces better, not just contacting on the high spots. I use this tape on my CNC router to hold down work pieces. The tape adheres well, but does not damage or leave any residue on the work piece or my MDF spoil board. The fiber reinforcement makes it easy to apply and remove. Adhesion is amazing. Works perfectly with woodworking projects PLUS as a bug/insect trapper inside the house. Have issues with small and larger bugs. Store bought glue traps were ineffective with larger bugs - they walked right through. Home make traps with this tape adhesive and nothing gets through. CAVEAT- use stiff paper to form outer shell. Flimsy paper that collapses in on itself sticks to the tape and won’t come off.Video is second set of traps. First set were full of dead bugs.

Should be a 5 star but it's hard to cut, you need scissors if you do not want to scratch your work piece. If you try knifing it off the pc it can roll and bunch on the corners. Other than that works great I use it on wood working jogs and stop blocks but could be handy for lots of diy projects.

I use this tape to keep wood adhered to the table while it is CNC’d. Haven’t had a price come free using this tape, but it’s easy to pry off when complete.

I used this stuff to stick several small pieces to my workbench top while I was sanding and shaping them with chisels and gouges. It held them all well enough to work on, but not so tight that they were hard to remove. This stuff and blue painter's tape have now surpassed Duct Tape as my workshop go-to adhesive tapes!

It’s a bit spendy. But this stuff really sticks. And it’s easy to remove when done. I use it with my cnc to secure work to the spoilboard and it holds like nobody’s buisness.

So my only issue with this is it says it is for cnc machines. I had my work piece move, I was using 3 strips on a 12 inch wide board taking about .100 depth of cut with a 1/4 endmill.

Just used to tape a router template to a workpiece. The template didn't shift at all and removal of the tape was easy. Previously I had used Gorilla brand mounting tape because that is all home depot had and it was terrible for this.

This by far the best tape I've used in my shop. As advertised, removes easily, no wood fiber damage or residue and it is tenacious. It was a good buy.

I use this to tape wood jigs and templates to wood to route out a consistent shape. The most effective and secure tape I have found.

I use it for woodworking and I’m pleased with the performance. It’s a bit more than 1 mm thick so you’ll have to account for that. Cuts clean, sticks well, backing does its job. Good value.

I use it on my CNC router to hold thin long pieces. It eliminates chatter and resonance. I also use it to hold a length of sandpaper to a flat surface for hand flushing of brass inlay. I've used the same piece of tape on the same piece of sandpaper about 5 times still with good holding power.It has a woven fiber cloth inside, so it's very strong in shear, and it usually peels off in one piece.
