I tried this tape as an alternative to CA glue and painters tape to hold my work in place on my CNC. The tape I''ve been using was just too expensive to use for hold-downs. I wasn''t sure about this tape since it was far cheaper than what I usually purchase but I''m glad I took a chance. This tape is great and far cheaper in cost but not in performance. It''s easy to remove the backing and doesn''t leave any residue on my work. The only drawback is the backing isn''t easy to tear so I just use my knife. The bottom line is this is a product I will continue to use on my CNC, the next test will be on my lathe.
