I recently bought a cellerciser (repair) and it is important that you clean your skin so you don't clog your pores due to the release of toxins into your body. I use these brushes every morning upon waking and several times a day before each recovery session. They work great. Having three sizes is very convenient. Over time you will develop which brush you prefer to use on which part of your body. By the way: A brush with a long handle will hold together well if you press the handle firmly into the groove of the brush. Anyone who says otherwise should exercise more.
