Let me start by saying that this is a phenomenal product. I have been using the TRX for many years and have been limited to more advanced exercises due to equipment limitations. But with rings I can do everything I could do with TRX and then some, and I love that I can do pull-ups, bends, push-ups and more with the comfort and security of knowing that rings are designed for full support are weight. The quality is that the strap is wide and very strong but at the same time very flexible and does not start with the rings. I can run them over with my tractor trailer with confidence and be sure they won't get a single dent and when you use the ring they feel textured to make it easier to grip but won't cut your hand. I love this product and can easily use it for 10 years, I hope it's worth the money.
