As other reviews have mentioned, the skirt you sent does not match the skirt in the photos. It's not that sweet and it's not layered. It's a 4th of July theme and it's from an orphanage and the quality is okay. But I would have preferred the skirt in the picture than the one I actually received for a price not worth it.
