This DVD system started great, was easy to install with mounts, cables were easy to connect and has worked flawlessly so far. The only complaint I have is that the main player mount doesn't stay in place, causing the screen to drop to its lowest position every time we hit a bump. This was very uncomfortable and required frequent repositioning. I'm not sure if we got one that was previously used by someone else and that's the problem, or if it's just poorly made. I removed the headrest straps to attach them to the headrest and left them at home, otherwise we may be able to temporarily fix the issue. The second screen had no problem holding position. We never got a manual with ours either.
