Would buy again. Maybe wear a size larger than 1 or shorts

My 10 year old daughter loves this dress, she's skinny so sometimes she can't afford it so we ordered 10 and it's actually just a little bit shorter in the front but it doesn't matter because she has longer white shorts underneath wearing skirt. anyway, since they always make wheels. It's very cute and well made.
