I love this stuff. I'm prone to ulcers and this is the only product I've ever used that not only numbs the area but cuts the healing time in half! It's easy to apply and keep clean, and while it doesn't smell great, it doesn't taste as terrible as other ulcer numbing products.

My wisdom tooth broke off and I was afraid to have it removed. It was a temporary but effective pain reliever for the tooth that was giving me trouble! Thanks for the brush, it got the meds right where they should be without pain. Good product!

Received in March. Opened last week. Dry brushes. I bought this product before I needed it so I had it when I REALLY needed it! dear mistake Very unhappy.

It takes a little time to apply to the brush the first time you use it, but once it's there it will be a lot easier to apply it right there , where you need it . Also, the convenient handle design allows you to take it anywhere.

I wear a clasp denture and after brushing my teeth, my gums hurt for three days after brushing my teeth. I used Kanka Gel every day for 3 weeks. since I had no opportunity to go back to my dentist. However, with daily use of the gel 2 or 3 times a day, my gums have healed. So I am convinced that the product works well!
