Review on 💯 ASUS VG27VH1B: Adaptive Sync FreeSync, 165Hz Monitor - 1920X1080P Resolution with Blue Light Filter, Flicker-free Design and Built-in Speakers by Craig Conroy

Terribly made product and even worse customer service. I bought it about 4 months ago and I love it, even though the color fidelity isn't as good as my Dell laptop and the pixel resolution leaves a lot to be desired. However, today I tried rotating the monitor to the right by putting my left hand behind the monitor and pulling it slightly towards me. I heard a pop and when I checked the screen I saw that it was cracked and now about 1/5 of the screen is unusable. Revain of course didn't do anything so I checked ASUS for their warranty and as I expected. I saw that they offer a 3 year warranty. I called them and when I was finally able to speak to someone they told me I would have to send the monitor to their repair shop and pay what they thought was fair because "physical damage is not covered". The future I know is to buy a good Dell or Samsung monitor, assuming the least you should do when your product breaks is just enough to replace the damn thing. Thank you for nothing, ASUS. I have no idea how your cheap product survived shipping.
