Disaster before wearing

The hat looked pretty cool when it arrived apart from the creases which I hoped would go away in the next few days. In short, we wanted to try and show my fiancé and literally the top of the hat started peeling off like someone had taken it with a razor. Less than 12 hours later it just fell apart. Very disappointed!
