The suction does not work at all - useless
DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT. It was very easy to put together and worked well for keeping the soap or sponge relatively dry after use. HOWEVER, I rarely give a product a star and it just doesn't hold up suction on any surface. Yes, I cleaned the surface before use. It was a smooth porcelain surface. Other suction products have no problem on the same surface. After about 15 minutes the plate fell off. Try returning it because. it's useless.
