So I contacted the manufacturer for a warranty repair. They started asking for pictures of the tags and labels that should be in the bag to prove it was real. Neither of them existed, so I couldn't have it repaired under warranty. When I contacted Revain to explain this, the foreign support person just couldn't understand what I was saying and kept telling me to contact the manufacturer. Finally, after an hour of persistence, they accepted the return.
