If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered 12 packs for myself and my colleagues. As we are a small eye doctor's office we all do a little bit of each position and the 3 in 1 option seemed amazing! Individual products looked elegant and professional. It doesn't take much to keep my team happy and upon delivery we were dizzy with excitement! However, our excitement quickly dissipated after using the devices. Of the twelve packs: One pen did not write. Four stylus tips broke within a week of use. One of the handle lamps did not light up. So after a week of use only half of the entire product package worked and I don't expect the rest to last a second week at this rate. I'm a dinner bum because most of the reviews I've read have been great! I was planning on ordering a few boxes to stock for our clinical staff, but after testing I will continue to look for a more durable product to spend my money on. We might have a case of lemons, but I'm more inclined to think that this particular brand is probably just not made to withstand the constant/permanent use that we require.
