Badly cut.
I was hoping for nice little bowl shaped sequins that shimmer and sparkle. But unfortunately I didn't get it. They're small and round, but I wouldn't call them hollow. And certainly not very shiny. Many of them looked like they had been miscut and stained with melted plastic. I didn't go back because it was good enough for my project. But I wouldn't buy again.
