Difficult to use and useless if caps are brittle.
Extremely difficult to operate due to the heating channel on the right side, even when I bent the handle to clean it. The caps were brittle so the tool broke them all before removing them. I ended up buying a new harness as all the caps broke. To be fair the dishes were fried anyway. If I have to do the left side I will replace the wiring harness and all the connectors. So I won't be using that anymore.
