I have been using this software for my business since 2 years now. Its easy to use as well it is very helpful if you want something done quickly but also at ease when needing more complex things. It has helped me get many results from one campaign which was not possible before due to other companies being too slow or having lots of bugs etc. Sometimes there can be problems that may need solving by contacting their support team who will do what they can however its always good just to know someone else out here knows whats going wrong so you don't waste time trying different solutions yourself.
