My granddaughter seemed very comfortable to wear for a long time.

Bought for a 6 month old granddaughter to wear to air shows. They seemed to work great and she even slept with them. My only complaint would be that they didn't seem to fit in the bottom of her ears as snugly as I would have liked. Also, they seemed to work quite well and she wasn't at all afraid of the very loud noises of the jet.
