First of all, I NEVER write reviews. However, I am still traumatized by my experience with this product. My 10 week old puppy's head got stuck in one of the holes in the playpen. I was horrified! They called me at work and recorded a video of her squeaking uncontrollably. I probably drove through every red light to get home. I had to call the fire department for help and ended up dousing them with organic coconut oil. I won't post the video because you would cry! As you can see from the photo, her neck was injured. I think I missed the news that this product is not for small dogs. I use a sleep box but bought this product to give Luna (Yorky-Poo) more space during the day when I need to be away for more than a few hours. I arranged the playground so that she has a place where she can play, eat and go to the bathroom. I'm scared as I write this.
