I've been using it for about 3 months and it's still holding up well. Replacing cables can be a pain, you'll have to disassemble one of the levers, but that shouldn't happen often. Installation is not difficult. Here are some cons you might want to know: - The incline isn't narrow enough and it may take a few tries to get it in the right spot - It's wobbly. This can be an issue depending on whether it bothers you or not - the hinge isn't solid either and can't be tightened, meaning that if your monitor isn't balanced when rotated vertically it won't stay in place - tense hands are quite sensitive to adjustment, but ultimately and especially considering the price, this is a pretty good product. This was the cheapest gas spring mount I could find and it does the job (UPDATE 12/30/18). Upgraded to 4 stars as I've been using it for 9 months and it's still holding up well. The above complaints still linger but the folks at Vivo were right, you have to tighten BOTH screws for the tilt and it stays in place much better.
