At first it seemed like a great product, but it soon turned out that it wasn't. First, the clip just isn't that strong and the frame of the clip started to bulge outward after my camera was attached to it for a few days. No problem although I bought a Manfrotto Super Clamp which will hold it securely. Well the Super Clamp arrived today and after banging around my desk for a while trying to get it off, turns out these geniuses decided to use a different thread size than the standard 1/4 or 3/8 inch . found on almost every other camera gear in the world. So now I have a crappy clip that can't be attached to anything else and a seemingly decent vertical extension that can't be attached to anything, but I swear this industry is nuts. You can get $150 for a Manfrotto arm, or $11 pay for a similar lever from China that just doesn't work. Why is there nothing in between. You can either have a 2020 Ferrari F8 Tributo or a Ford Festiva. Something in between would be nice, I have nothing against Manfrotto and the β¬150 is probably worth it if you move the mounts around a lot and keep changing their base Fire For a static mount on my desk, although that's too much.
