This was a cheap, compressed piece of styrofoam that after a long vacuum pack looks flatter than triangular. I have 2 ways to use a pad wedge. . Either use the sewn on pockets upside down and use the wedge properly or flip it over to use the pockets and it won't work. Skip the wedge I had previously seen on TV but I had to replace it and unfortunately it is larger and not for sale. In the end it works. Yes. but there are better ways, this bridges the gap but when i need 3 pads to do what the old 1 did with 1 you know it's flat not a wedge
