Yes, if that word has caught your eye, you know this insidious condition. These are the best pants I've found to handle it. My calves are bigger than my thighs and these pants are great - the best I've found. They are also light. I'm 6ft 1in and weigh 300lbs with my stomach if that helps determine if its right for you. They can get a bit tight around the ankles over time because the ankles are a lot smaller than the rest of the legs - but when that happens I trim them off to allow them to open up more.
