I took my faucet apart and it was very easy to see what the problem was once I took it off.
When I received the item it was packaged very well. I took my faucet apart and it was very easy to see what the problem was when I took everything out. It was a small ring that goes under the cartridge. It had a small tear in the o-ring, possibly due to too much water pressure at my park. As much as I love a good shower, don't swap hoses, don't do a big flood or anything. I bought a water pressure regulator and am now much more comfortable with a water pressure regulator on my trailer.
