Great durable toy with lots of learning options

My children (6, 3 and 1 years old) really liked it. They played so well together and had fun. My youngest has OCD and she loved the idea of sorting these little fruits in a cake. She also doesn't put things in her mouth like one-year-olds usually do. So if your child puts something in their mouth, it's not for them. The set includes 60 fruits (6 yellow grapefruits, 6 yellow bananas, 6 green bananas, 6 green apples, 6 red apples, 6 red berries, 6 purple berries, 6 purple plums, 6 orange oranges and 6 orange apricots), 2 tongs, 3 reversible sorting cards, a tart tin, a tart base with 5 dividers and a tart base sheet that can be used as a fruit bowl while kids sort through. Sort card options: By suit, By fruit and suit, By fruit, By numbers 1-5 or 6-10. The whole thing appears to be made of very durable plastic. My nieces and nephews (4, 2 and 1) also came and played with them and my nephew put them in his mouth. He even tried to chew them, and after that I didn't see any teeth marks on the fruit. I highly recommend this item! It's great to help kids with fine motor skills to sort things by an attribute, learn their numbers and count.
