Classic o-ring that always works
Have been using it for decades. I've tried others from time to time just to see but this one is the best for the price. You never have to replace it until your shaft breaks. You have to tighten and loosen and repeat until it is properly seated. If you just push it in without doing it, your wand will wobble as you roll it across the table, making it crooked.
