I bought it solely to put an amplifier on a boat. Using the soft copper wires I used, I simply connected the power and ground wires to the distribution blocks and fuse holders.

Great variety for the price. The only thing I would change is the wall thickness. I had a couple of 1/0 cracks trying to crimp them. Otherwise they are perfect for what I use them for and therein lies their diversity.

This is a dubious value. They are very thin, the body ejects instantly, and it is impossible to know exactly what copper alloy and plating was used. they seem more magnetic than they should be (see video). I was looking for a quality American or German tip set, but gave up after two days of wandering through endless Chinese junk on Revain. .

I bought these to use with #8 copper stranded wire on my boat. The ferrule fit the wire, but the #8 crimp tool was too big. After crimping, I was able to easily pull the wire out. Crimp #10 was still slightly loose. Went all the way to the blue crimp that goes all the way to #22. It shattered well. I think I'll crimp and solder it. I think a #8 crimp would be ideal if the terminals were made of a thicker material like ferrule. It's really a light material.

To be honest I didn't have high hopes for these tips given the low price and obvious offshore origins. But now that I've received them, I have to say I'm very impressed! The look and feel is great. You can see in the photo that I installed them on the ends of an 8" high quality 1/0 pure copper cable. They fit like a glove! This cable used to be attached to the distribution block with grub screws, so the ends were pretty knobby. I could twist them and insert very neatly into the 1/0 tips I would
