I'm 6'3", 190 lbs. This guy is a bit small for me. But it's ok for shorter durations, up to 15 minutes. a pillow between this and my butt too laying is very helpful for my knees and butt This little dude is very sturdy and I love the fact that I can stack/travel with him I took him to Vipassana and it was amazing I've actually got this AND used a mobile meditator (inflatable meditation wedge) and it was absolutely perfect.
