I have GOOD shirts from a job I no longer do and I want to remove the stitched name so I can just have plain shirts. I bought this suture removal kit. The package includes two large and two small stitch removal items, a small pair of scissors and a pouch to keep everything together. The product description says 100 small pins, but I didn't receive them. I don't understand why small stitches have such small handles. Just because the seams are tight doesn't mean my arms are suddenly smaller and more flexible. The embroidery stitch is small and tight so I have to use a small tool, but my meaty paws (I'm exaggerating a bit) find the small tool very difficult to hold and manipulate. I worked on a few letters for about 20 minutes until my hands couldn't take it anymore. I made a hole in the shirt where one letter was and the other letter didn't come out. I don't think I will be successful. It's probably not really built for what I'm trying to do, but I wouldn't buy this set again for my purpose.
