I would like to start by saying that the seller of this item is amazing. The estimated time I would receive this controller was sometime next week, but it arrived today. It is very good. Okay, on the controller itself. I haven't used it much so this is my first impression of the writing. I was honestly hesitant when the box got here and I picked it up - it was lighter than I expected and smaller than I thought it would be. Not bad, regular PS4 controllers are small too, so it's not that big of a deal. In any case, when I picked up the controller for the first time, it seemed to me to be very durable. It doesn't look like it's made out of cheap materials like my old Xbox controller, so that's a plus. I can't use regular PS4 controllers as they are smaller than my hands. I have big hands so I don't have to touch my thumbs when using the sticks and the best style for me is an Xbox style controller. My last one was wired and falling apart so this one looked the best, especially considering my budget. It's still a little feeling when I use it, but it works perfectly. Smoothly synced, and the buttons feel nice and firm when pressed, which I really like. For the price, this controller seems on par with a standard PS4 controller, except it doesn't have a speaker (from what I've heard), which isn't a problem for me. In any case, it distracts me most of the time. Now for my only two issues with the controller. First, it's small for my hand. It's not really an issue with the controller itself, it's just that my hands are freaking big. I cannot blame the controller for this issue. Finally, the up button on the plus bar isn't as rigid as the other buttons. I don't know if I'm imagining this or if it's a real problem, but it doesn't seem like everyone else's. It doesn't seem to affect performance in any way, so I won't shoot down a star for now. I'm currently very impressed with this controller so I'll give it 5 stars easily. If things change in the future I may update this review but for now it's 5 stars. If you're like me and need to use an Xbox style controller and don't want to pay a lot for it, this is the way to go. I have contacted this company several times to try to use their "lifetime" guarantee but have not received any replies. This controller was amazing but the trigger came off very quickly after I bought it. Now he has serious problems with the sticks, making this controller unusable. I originally bought this controller because I read everywhere that the warranty and after-sales service was excellent and I was initially impressed with this purchase. Now I got no response from this company when I tried to claim the warranty so I'm not sure what these other people are even talking about. I would have downgraded the ratings to 1 star but I'll give them 2 because while it was in good condition it was a great controller. Too bad now I have to buy a new one and I don't think I will buy another one from this company.
