I like that you can target your ad to specific keywords, as well as location or demographic information (age/gender). It's also easy for me to see how many people have seen my advertisement, which is helpful when deciding whether it was worth running another one! There are some features of this software that could be improved - such as being able to upload more than 1 image at once, so we were limited in what images we used. The platform has been very useful since our previous provider went out of business last year. We've had good success getting new customers through their service; however, they don't seem interested in continuing advertising services after they receive payment from us.
