Reconfiguring the opening alarm feature is a little tricky, but this feature played a key role in my purchase decision. These little locks are safe and I hope they will survive my upcoming travels. I used to have a great padlock, but TTS "forgot" to put it back in after they opened my suitcase. I love the great price for 2 packs! Update: I have just returned from my first trip on this castle. Transportation Security opened my bag, which I could tell from the search notice (they didn't leave the proper notice in my suitcase). Unfortunately I can't reinstall the verification warning and that's the only reason I bought this particular lock. If I need a ban without a verification warning, there are many cheaper alternatives. Very disappointed but I hope another lock works better than the one I just threw away.
